To obtain a listing of Inventory assets for a particular Steward organization:
- Select Management Reports from the Reports or Mgmt module for the following list of reports.
- Select Inventory Assets (Global Information)
The following screen appears to allow you to make selections of what portions of the database you wish to report.
To obtain a report of the assets of a particular Steward organization:
- Enter the Steward organization in the Steward field
- Scroll down the list of attributes; enter criteria for the data needed or leave blank; check details wanted on the report (if left blank, the report will include all assets and be approximately 50% smaller. Include sorting criteria, if wanted.
- Press the “Submit” button
A confirmation page of the criteria selected is displayed. If the report is to be printed, it is best to select the Output Format in Acrobat.
If the report contains all the criteria needed, press the “eXecute” button. Should you need to select additional criteria, press the “back” button on your browser and select additional criteria.
The report number is listed on the confirmation page. This number can be used to obtain the same report at later dates. If you wish to run the same Steward organization report at a later date, for example, go to Previously Run Report and type in the Selection Criteria, e.g. 1485.
Note: A large report can take several minutes to run.
