I hereby donate unconditionally the property described herein to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, relinquishing in perpetuity all ownership rights, title, interest and possession, including copyright, to the property.

I also understand that museum records keeping procedures require that my name and address by kept on file, and I hereby acknowledge that I do not consider this to be an invasion of my privacy.
